Signage:
Table signs, pop-up banners, and free-standing signs that fit your exhibit space are permitted. No signs or banners to be affixed to the hotel’s tables or walls.
Exhibitors are more than welcome to select their printing company of choice in the area. Sheraton Waikiki Resort has a Xerox Business Center on property and Access Signs Hawaii and HonBlue are local printing companies as well. Exhibitors are responsible to getting all printed items to the event venue.

Dismantle/Load Out:
All exhibitor tables and materials must be cleared out by 5:30 pm HST on March 6th, 2024. The Hotel will provide trash bins in the exhibit hall for disposing of unwanted items. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to coordinate shipping for any items they wish to keep and to dispose of any trash or unwanted items. If a table is not completely cleared by 5:30 pm HST on March 6, 2024, a $250 cleaning fee, per table, will be charged.
Meeting Registration Options:
Access to exhibit space during scheduled exhibit hours (and set up/tear down) only. Does not include access to CME content and social events.

Registration includes 5 breakfasts, 1 lunch (Sunday), 5 coffee breaks, Welina Welcome Reception & Awards (heavy hors d'oeuvres buffet included), Poster Reception (heavy hors d'oeuvres buffet included), Luau Dinner (dinner buffet included), 5 drink tickets, and On-Demand access until August 31, 2024. Separate CME certificates will be issued for the in-person and on-demand meetings for an estimated 30 CME credits total.

NANOS ROOM BLOCK IS SOLD OUT!
Sheraton Waikiki offered NANOS additional rooms at the following discounted rates:
- $350 room rate plus the $17 resort charge for the Partial Ocean view room
- $395 room rate plus the $17 resort charge for the Ocean Front room
Room rates above are subject to 17.962% tax. All taxes are subject to change without notice.
Children 17 and under stay for free with existing bedding. Additional persons in room up to four, or rollaways, are at $120.00, as reflected in the triple/quad. rates.
The limited resort fee is a mandatory charge for all attendees and it includes:
• High-speed WiFi access in guestrooms and hotel public areas and
• Two (2) water pouches/room
If a room cancellation is made within 72 hours of arrival, a one-night deposit will be retained. Reservations by attendees must be received by 01/30, 2024 before 5:00pm (HST). A no-show charge of 1 night's room and tax will be applied to anyone who fails to show for their confirmed reservation. NOTES:
- All exhibits must be set-up and show-ready by posted date/time. Dismantling of exhibits prior to posted date/time is strictly prohibited.
- All booth reps and any vendors must be registered for the NANOS 50th Annual Meeting. Additional staff registration and badges for exhibitors are available at $300 each. Contact Jonah Coronis at jonah@nanosweb.org to purchase additional exhibitor registration.
EXHIBITOR TIPS
Get the most of your time!
- Establish your goals and objectives. What do you want to get out of the NANOS Annual Meeting? How many attendees do you want to stop by your table? How many leads do you hope to generate? Determine what your ROI is and focus on getting that. If NANOS can assist you in doing so, please let us know!
- Get out from behind your table. Exhibitors often sit behind their tables while attendees stand, looking down at them. Get up, make eye contact, and engage! Remember to stay off your phone. There will be time after exhibit hours to follow up on voicemail and email.
- Always be prepared! NANOS members are busy. Follow up with contacts and leads as soon as possible. The quicker you follow up, the more your company will stand out from the rest!
- Advertise in advance. Put the word out to your clients, customers, suppliers, and contacts about where you’ll be. NANOS will do everything we can to promote the Annual Meeting — we invite you to join us in doing so.
- Engage in Social Media. Connect with NANOS on Facebook, X (known as Twitter) and Instagram. Remember to let your followers know where you’ll be and how they can register for the meeting! #NANOS2024
- Use an Interactive Display. The best way to draw a crowd to your table is to interact with them. Games, quizzes, contests, prizes, or scheduled demonstration give people that extra reason to visit your table.
- Actively Engage Attendees. Don’t wait for people to address you. NANOS is a friendly crowd and willing to be engaged! Be outgoing, chat with visitors, and find out what aspect of your business they’re most interested in. Be prepared to offer specific answers and solutions to their questions.
