4th Annual Stanford Optic Disc Drusen

The Stanford Center for Optic Disc Drusen at the Byers Eye Institute is hosting our 4th annual international conference to share laboratory and clinical advances on optic disc drusen, an orphan disease that is associated with vision loss and optic nerve calcification.  Our goal for this meeting is to seed collaborative opportunities, educate the public, and to strategize about how to rapidly advance the field.

In 2023, we will have a focus on optic nerve and retinal ganglion cell biology and mitochondria, and there will be many talks on translational vision research. In the afternoon, we will host an in-person poster session.
