CANDIDATE MEMBERSHIP (FELLOWS-IN-TRAINING AND RESIDENTS)

Those eligible for this membership status are Residents, Fellows-in-training, and former Fellows whose training is completed and are board eligible.

Application Requirements:
If you are applying for this membership type, please ensure you have the following information readily available to complete the required questions on the application:

Resident

• First name, last name, and professional email address of an ophthalmologist, neurologist or neurosurgeon who has agreed to endorse/sponsor your application.

Fellow-in-Training

• First name, last name, and professional email address of an ophthalmologist, neurologist or neurosurgeon who has agreed to endorse/sponsor your application.

Candidate Membership pricing:
Residents: $175 (JNO electronic version only; no print copy)
Fellows-in-Training/Board Eligible: $275 + $50 initiation fee (JNO electronic version only; no print copy)
