2019 Fight for Sight Award

Since 2010, Fight for Sight (FFS) and the North American Neuro-Ophthalmology Society (NANOS) have jointly funded a Fight for Sight - NANOS Fellowship for neurology or ophthalmology residents or fellows pursuing academic research in neuro-ophthalmology.

The application must be completed online and may be accessed by going to the Grants section of the Fight for Sight website.

Application Deadline:

Applications for the FFS/NANOS award are due September 15, 2019.

Steps to apply:

1.       Click here to visit the online grant portal and follow the submission instructions.
2.       Note that you must create a user account if you do not already have one.  If you have an account but don’t remember your password, you can reset it here.

This joint award includes a $3,000 research stipend from FFS, accompanied by a $1,500 travel grant from NANOS, for the grant recipient to present a research paper based on their funded work at the NANOS Annual Meeting. The travel grant is contingent upon presentation as either a platform or poster presentation at a future NANOS meeting.
