Pre-registration is now closed. Registrations will be accepted onsite. Please visit the NANOS Registration Desk at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver during the following days/times:

Saturday 2:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Sunday 6:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Monday - Thursday 6:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Foreign Invitation Letter:If you reside in a country other than the United States and require a letter of invitation in order to attend the NANOS Meeting, please click here to complete the interactive letter of invitation, which may be printed for your records.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations occurring after January 7, 2011 are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Written notification of your cancellation is required in order to process your refund. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER JANUARY 21, 2011.
