NANOS Guest and Children Policy

NANOS GUEST AND CHILDREN POLICY
Only registered attendees are allowed to attend scientific sessions and meal functions (i.e. breakfasts, lunch, receptions and dinners). Guest tickets, including discounted children's tickets are available for purchase. 

• Children under age 18 may not attend scientific/educational sessions.
• Children may attend the Welcome Reception and Banquet when accompanied by a registered attendee.
• Tickets for all guests, including children, are required and can be purchased onsite. 
• It’s highly recommended that children under 10 should not attend the Award Ceremony or should be under close supervision to minimize distractions.

MEALS
Meals provided by NANOS are for NANOS registered attendees only. NANOS is a non-profit organization and meeting registration fees are not designed to subsidize guest meals. Additionally, we want to avoid running out of food for registered meeting attendees due to unplanned guests.
