Exhibitors may ship materials directly to the meeting venue. Detailed shipping instructions and labeling requirements can be found here.

Exhibit Space Dimensions
Each exhibit space measures 8' x8' and includes:
Premium exhibit spaces are also 8' x 8' but are located in high-traffic areas such as the foyer or near coffee stations. Exhibitors may bring their own signage or backdrops as long as all materials fit within the assigned footprint.

All materials must be fully set up by the posted deadline. Setup is not permitted during designated blackout periods due to scheduled events in the exhibit space.

All exhibit materials must be removed by the posted deadline. Exhibitors are responsible for coordinating outbound shipping and disposing of unwanted items. A cleaning fee may be assessed for any exhibit space not fully cleared by the deadline.
Exhibitors may display table signs, pop-up banners, and freestanding signage that fits entirely within their assigned 8' x 8' exhibit space. Signage may not be affixed to hotel walls, tables, or other surfaces.
Exhibitors may use any printing vendor of their choice. For on-site support, the following vendor will be available throughout the meeting:

All booth representatives and vendors must be registered for the NANOS 2026 Annual Meeting. Exhibitors may choose from the following registration types:
Exhibitor Badge Only (in addition to the two badges included with each exhibit registration)
Provides access to the exhibitor area during scheduled exhibit hours and for setup and teardown. Does not include access to CME sessions, meals, or social events.
Fee: $300
Exhibitor/Sponsor Full Meeting Registration
Includes access to all scientific sessions, meals, social events, and on-demand content through December 31, 2026. (separate CME certificates will be issued for in-person and on-demand participation)
