Pricing

  • Regular base rate $295.00
  • Discounted rate for current medical residents $249.00 (limited availability, only March 19–25, 2026). Eligibility must be verified by having your program director or coordinator send an email confirming your current medical resident status to meetings@nanosweb.org. For this rate to be included in your search you must sel";;;;current medical resident" as attendee type on the hotel portal.
  • Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (16.45% per room per night) in effect at the time of check-out.

Make your reservations using the hotel’s portal. All reservations must be received by Wednesday, February 25, 2026, and are subject to availability.

Please note

  • All reservations must be accompanied by a first night’s room deposit and guaranteed with a major credit card.
  • All rooms must have guest names assigned by the deadline of Wednesday, February 25, 2026. Reservations without names will be cancelled.
