Planning for San Diego is already underway, and your non-binding RSVP helps us shape the energy of the meeting. by letting us know if you're considering joining in San Diego or not, gives us the insight we need to anticipate space needs, refine programming, and shape an experience that serves the entire community


Member-Initiated Proposals

Planning for the NANOS 2027 Annual Meeting is already underway, and we're excited to invite members to help shape the program, by encouraging them to submit a Member-Initiated (MI) Symposium proposal for consideration. Up to four 90-minute sessions will be selected and presented in person on Friday, March 19; Saturday, March 20; or Sunday, March 21, 2027.

  • We welcome proposals that feature:
  • Creative and engaging formats (didactics, discussions, small groups, and more)
  • A diversity of speakers and perspectives
  • Topics with broad relevance to Annual Meeting attendees

Proposal will be submitted through the NANOS abstract platform, Cadmium. If you've submitted abstracts in the past, you may already have an account. The submission deadline is Monday, July 13, 2026.
