Welcome to the NANOS membership enrollment process.
- Eligible individuals for Active and International Active membership status include physicians who have been Board-certified in Neurology, Neurosurgery or Ophthalmology.
- Eligible individuals for Associate membership include physicians who have graduated from any medical school recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO), who show evidence of having passed the requirements for license to practice medicine in their home country or country of residence and who are practicing in clinical specialties of Neurology, Neurosurgery or Ophthalmology or in other fields related to Neuro-Ophthalmology; or (2) Persons, including physicians or holders of an advanced degree, practicing or engaged in non-clinical fields relating to Neuro-Ophthalmology.
- Note: Non-MD/DO applicants must hold an advanced non-clinical degree; PA, OD, and DNP degrees do not qualify for NANOS membership.

- First name, last name, and professional email address of a Fellow on NANOS who has agreed to endorse/sponsor your application.(Please note that Fellow refers to a class of membership.)
