Room Reservations: Confirm your reservations by calling the resort at 1 (866) 837-2996, or 1 (970) 968-2882, extension #1. Identify yourself as attending the NANOS annual meeting. A one night deposit is required to guarantee each reservation. The balance on the room is due upon check-out. A reservation acknowledgement will be mailed to the contact person. Please review the acknowledgment once it is received.

Room rates for the conference are offered based on availability: Deluxe Studio @ $180, Premium Studio @ $187, One Bedroom @ $208 and Two Bedrooms @ $230. All rates quoted are per unit, per night and are subject to tax and surcharge. All accommodations being held for NANOS are located in the Center Village area.

A Murphy Bed, located in the Studio units at Copper Mountain, is a type of bed that is either built into to a wall and when closed, creates a flat surface on the wall or it may be built into a piece of furniture in which the bedding can be concealed until it's used. Murphy beds do not have box springs and is similar to a sleeper sofa.

Cancellations received by the resort thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival will be refunded the deposit less 10%; cancellations thirty (30) days or less prior to arrival are subject to forfeiting the entire deposit.

Early Departures are subject to a fee of one night room rental for checking out prior to the confirmed departure date.

*Everyone is encouraged to make reservations early, as all rooms may sell out prior to the deadline of Thursday, January 13, 2005. Reservations are honored on a first come, first served basis.
