Download the STATA_WINDOWS.EXE file by
clicking the Download button below (about 8MB).
Double
click the STATA_WINDOWS.EXE file on your computer to install.
Select
the "Intercooled Stata" Installation when
prompted.
Copy and paste the serial#, code, and Authorization
strings listed below. Note: 0 is zero; 1 is
one; there is no uppercase letter O or lower
case letter L.
To see if the Stata program and data file
have been installed properly, open Intercooled Stata 8.0
under “Programs.” Go to “File,” then “Open” and
open the file NANOS Biostatistics Wet Lab 2004.dta (you must dowload this
file from the required documents
link). You should get a
multicolored screen that says “Stata” in
the middle, and that has several windows. There should be
a list
of variables under the “Variables” window
on the left side.
