The Pupil Colloquium
The Pupil Colloquium is an international group of people who are interested in using the movements of the pupil as an indicator in their experiments. The group includes, physicians, physiologists, pharmacologists, engineers and psychologists. The common themes are the mechanisms of pupil behavior.

The group has met every other year for 40 years. This year the meeting will be at Asilomar, in Pacific Grove, CA from Sept 7th to Sept 11th, 2001. The host will be Merlin Larson an anesthesiologist at UCSF, and the Loewenfeld Lecturer will be given by John Barbur, a physiologist from the University of London.
