**Presenters, exhibitors, staff, members and other attendees at NANOS events should strive to create a professional, collegial, harassment-free environment that is welcoming to all. Meeting attendees are expected to behave in a courteous, professional, and civilized manner and to respect volunteers, Executive Office staff, convention center/hotel staff, and one another. Conduct that is unprofessional, offensive, or harassing is unacceptable, in both personal and electronic interactions at all NANOS events. Since NANOS does not have the resources to police conference-related events, formal or informal, NANOS cannot assume responsibility for the actions of any member or event attendee.

REGISTRATION
All exhibit and support registration is available online! In an effort to go as paperless as possible, we have developed registration for credit card payments, as well as delayed payments for check payments. Click here to view the NANOS 2018 Exhibit and Support Prospectus.

Please note the early application deadline is December 29, 2017. Applications received by this date will be acknowledged in the 2018 Meeting Brochure and Syllabus, which are provided to all meeting attendees. After December 29, exhibit space may be booked for an increased cost, based on availability.

NANOS has arranged for a room block for the 2018 Meeting at the Hilton Waikoloa Village on the Big Island of Hawaii.
