Practice Management Committee

Purpose

The purpose of the Practice Management Committee is to update members on clinical practice management issues.

Committee Tasks

• Analysis of effect of current issues on neuro-ophthalmology practice
            • ACA
            • Monitor external agencies for changes that will effect N-O practice (bulletin/newsletter as work product??)
            • Organize and review practice management tip sessions at annual meeting

Relevant NANOS Strategic Plan Goal(s)

• NANOS will be the primary advocate for Neuro-Ophthalmology
• NANOS will promote the financial well-being and viability of neuro-ophthalmologic practice
